The Westchester County Firearm Owners Association is a grassroots, all-volunteer, political action organization. W.C.F.O.A.’s primary purpose is to protect and defend the right of lawful firearm owners to exercise the Constitutionally recognized, individual right to keep and bear arms.
W.C.F.O.A. and its members have united for the purpose of stopping the harassment of lawful, responsible firearm ownership, and any infringement of the individual right to keep and bear arms. Through education, political activism, and if necessary, legal action, W.C.F.O.A. will challenge any groups, persons, or government bodies seeking to infringe, restrict or curtail the right to keep and bear arms.
The Westchester County Firearm Owners Association, Inc. is the “eyes and ears” of firearm owners in Westchester County. The officers and members of W.C.F.O.A. believe that it is the right of every law abiding citizen to posses and responsibly use firearms, should they choose to do so. This is an unalienable right recognized and guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, and it has been recognized as an individual right by the Supreme Court of the United States.

The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association is the state's largest and nation's oldest firearms advocacy organization. Since 1871, our organization has been dedicated to the preservation of Second Amendment rights, firearm safety, education and training, and the shooting sports. Our membership consists of individuals and clubs throughout the state. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)4 organization and the official NRA-affiliated State Association in New York.
